Basic Terms and Conditions:

  • Your 100 euro deposits will be paid back within two months maximum. Usually, deposits are returned by the end of the summer. You must send your Name and Address. Your Bank Address, your IBAN number and Bic codes for money to be transfered by bank transfer. Costs of transfer are equally shared and in euro.
  • Prices vary on demand so secure your booking early to avoid disappointment. Price discounts depends on length of stay, advance booking and charitable events.
  • One hundred Euro deposit is placed upon a booking. If you have booked to stay there and then decide to pull out, there are no refunds, as the apartment could have been rented to someone else and we'd loose money.
  • Rental prices above pay for your rental of the apartment,water and electricity.Any extra charges are paid by you;e.g Tax @17%. References are available. All prices are negoticable, depending on demand.
  • Our plan for the medium term is to offer great prices, in a great value apartment in the perfect location. The average price of a hostel per night worldwide is around 20 euro.
  • Here you can sleep four adults for a similar price. These are recession beating prices.
  • All other costs like easy transfers to my front door from Dubrovnik airport (€39 euro),Dubrovnik taxi's are (65 euro),insurance,taxes, professional cleaning (€29 plus 17% tax) or any other extras are borne by you as customer but can be organised by me for no extra charge and at no extra profit to me. Water and electricity charges are included in your price unless your usage is excessive.   • Loss of deposit will apply if damage is done to the apartment or its contents. Minimum stay 7 nights. Please book early to secure your bookings.     Tourist taxes are paid by all tourists and cost about 80 cent a day so everyone must register at an agency or a police station for this. Most countries charge this in the airport. Please send reminder to me about key holding, transfer or cleaning that is to be organised for you. Key holding is approx 15 euro paid on receipt of and Key delivery for after office hours is 40 max and paid directly to Montenegro Living(well known local rental management agency). Ask for receipt for holding of keys or cleaning if you wish to pay directly. Key holding is free if you use Bojan transfers, as he also holds a set of my keys.(Please Tip Bojan if you think the overall service was good). Updated in 2011.
